A crucial part of any healthy civic society is an informed group of people engaging in meaningful action at the “right” or most critical moment. The word Kairos (kai-ros) refers to that precise moment in time when such action is perfectly ripe.

With operations across the United States and headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, we are a non-profit organization committed to the advancement of justice through voter education and civic engagement efforts.
Alongside our community partners, Kairos Rising:
Brings civic education to communities through grassroots programming about the mechanisms of civic engagement: what government does and how to get involved,
Advances efforts that champion responsible and confident voters,
Collaborates with leaders across industry, profession, discipline, and background to face urgent issues head-on, and
Provides pro bono legal services to support those with limited means.
